I sent my thoughts about the Dark Chocolate M&M’s to the company through their website, I included the url to my review of the candies. I included my address so they could send me coupons for my dissatisfaction but they did no such thing. I just got a cheesy email. A company that wants to keep customers happy usually sends coupons when you have complaints and praises. I know Chicken of The Sea does (no complaints, only praises for Chicken of The Sea).
So, the Mar’s company has lost respect from me for that, I still love M&M’s but they won’t be as sweet ,lol.
